I just got back from my vacation to Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, Waterton, and Glacier National Parks. On the way home we drove through Canada! It wasn't exactly on the way, but it was my first time in a different country (well, technically going to Waterton was, but you get the picture).
I took over 5,900 pictures during vacation!

Don't worry, I won't put them ALL up, just a couple dozen.
So I had a really good time, but I'm glad to be back. I missed my puppy Nova and apparently she was majorly depressed while I was gone. Then, I also got a call from my Sis during vacation saying that Velvet had bit Nova on the nose because everyone got too excited around her. Nova has a huge scratch on one side of her nose now. I hope it heals.

Then my Sis also told me one day when I was gone that the gate to our backyard got left open when the dogs were outside, which is a really big deal because our house sits directly next to one of the busiest streets in town.

They're okay, but it worried me. Now I'm nervous to leave home anymore...
I promise to read everything I missed and respond to all my messages and stuff ASAP. It might take a while just because I ended up with 65 deviations, 126 messages, and a note to sort through while still balancing the fair, which is next week, and a trip to my grandparent's house.
AND.... On another note, who is going to the new Harry Potter movie? I am!

Not the midnight showing (still kind of bummed about that), but the day it opens I'll go. I'm really excited about it!
So yeah... Look for more pictures soon and I'll sort through everything I missed. ^^
Oh, and ONE MORE THING. One of the clubs I'm in, GiantBreedDogs, needed a new admin so I signed up for the job, and I got it! I'm really excited, though I have a lot of back stuff to get through before I can do much with that. Too much at once... *dies*
LAST THING, I PROMISE.
I have the 4-H county fair the next two weeks. This Friday is the fashion review where I show my clothing outfits I've put together, and then the next week Thursday through Sunday I have all my other projects (arts and crafts, foods, photography, dog, leadership, etc.). Photography should be amazing this year

and I've worked really hard on arts and crafts. We'll see about dog... Nova might still be miffed at me for my really long absence.

I'm half-excited, but I've just picked up a lot of projects I want to work on before my time gets eaten up. Have you been writing much lately? (though I really don't think you had time to do that with your traveling x3)
And no, not really. I finally have all the time in the world to write (or at least I did BEFORE vacation) and I don't have any ideas I like. I keep starting stories and then leaving them with a few chapters done. It felt great finishing my novel when I did but now I hate it and everything else I write.
